Founded in 2001, SRC Solutions, Inc. helps educational, government and private industry customers improve productivity and profitability through streamlined document and records management. SRC helps customers “Work Smarter” by developing customized technology solutions that streamline processes, save time, improve information sharing and increase document security.
 
SRC is a XEROX® “Platinum Partner” and an authorized integrator and reseller for Kofax, Microsoft and Surety among others. The company’s solutions include document management solutions, workflow solutions, custom imaging solutions and litigation support services.
The SRC technical staff is a blend of employees and partners that average over 17 years of experience designing, programming and integrating imaging, networks, hardware and Internet systems. Most hold product certifications and high-level government clearances.

The SRC facility is located in Dunmore, PA, within two hours of New York City, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Syracuse, and Wilmington, DE.

SRC Solutions, Inc. Principals:
Patrick Maher – President (17 years experience)
Patrick Maher is the President and founder of SRC Solutions, Inc., establishing the business in 2001 and developing the company’s Xerox relationship to the Platinum Partner Level. Patrick has secured and worked on numerous SRC / Xerox projects involving Document Management and imaging solutions. The firm’s clients have included the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Upper Merion (PA) School District, and York (PA) City Schools, the City of Newark (NJ) and the City of Peabody (MA). His most recent assignment involved participation on a project team defining, designing and building an on site scanning system for York City Schools. He is knowledgeable in the Imaging, Indexing and Document Management systems such as Xerox Docushare, OnBase, FileNet, IDS Edge Suite and others along with a host of scanning technology. Prior to founding SRC, Patrick was a top performer for Xerox in the Sales and Delivery of Xerox Equipment and Software, primarily focused in imaging. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University.

Michael O’Boyle – CTO (17 years experience)
Michael O’Boyle possesses more than 17 years in the software development and document imaging / management industry. A member of the SRC Management Team, Michael is also responsible for the product and technology roadmaps for the company and provides senior level project management for technology development and major accounts. Michael was instrumental in the in-depth research and development of the systems architecture for the SRC / Xerox project for the City of Newark (NJ). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Scott Riley – CFO / COO (23 years experience)
Mr. Riley is a 25 year industry veteran focused on Financial Controllership, Operations and Quality Process Management. Mr. Riley gained his professional experience in the automotive supply chain logistics industry managing multi-million dollar accounts for Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, Ford and Chrysler at both the regional and national level. He also brings his expertise as a former GE sponsored Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt focused on the successful attainment of ISO Certification for the Corporation as well as the application of the DMAIC methodology.

Peter Serrao – CIO (21 years experience, JAVA Proficiency)
Peter Serrao is a 15-year veteran of the computing industry. He held a variety of positions at Xerox, including Chief Technologist of the Off-Site Document Management Solutions Group; Manager of Technical Operations, North America, askOnce Business Unit; Technical Advisor to the e-Services Group; and Senior Project Manager. He has a Masters Degree in Software Development and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
Peter is experienced in the design and implementation of complex, internet-based, digital services in a Business Process Outsourcing model, with emphasis on: Content and Media Management, 1-to-1 Marketing Communication Solutions, Document Management and Archival, Internet Presentment, Variable and Static Data Print-On-Demand, Global Print Production and Distribution, Cross-Media Delivery of Content, and ERP Integration. He is skilled in the Application Service Provider models of services provisioning and adept at technology forecasting.
